Absa SureCheck does not work

Since introduction of the SureCheck system it is impossible to pay new beneficiaries. The SureCheck sms does not go through to my cell, in spite of the online message stating that it is being sent/resent to my phone. I cannot log in a 1000x a day in the vain hope that SureCheck will work. I have been struggling now for days to make a payment. I never had a problem paying new beneficiaries prior to introduction of this clearly faulty system. No wonder Absa was rated the worst bank in a survey.
