Absa Surecheck and RVN doesn't work and terrible service

I am living in Australia and I cannot access my ABSA app due to Surecheck been sent to my old SA number and emailed the rvn4u address multiple times to no avail. I am extremely frustrated by your lack of response as you are preventing me from making urgent payments. I need the Surecheck code to be sent to my email or Australia number instead of cellphone. Please could someone respond and resolve this issue!
