Absa supports crime for profit

Absa has made over R1,000 in profit by supporting ******** activity on my account, while I have lost over R20,000 to these *********.

I have ********** debit orders from Telkom coming off my account, and the only way I can get my money back is to reverse the debit orders, as neither ABSA nor Telkom has shown any interest in helping me to stop the theft.

Since ABSA makes money every time I have to reverse the debit order, it’s clear why they have no interest in helping me and that profit is more important to them than crime prevention and customer protection.

If ABSA had any concern for me as a customer you would simply help me change my account to a new one, as way to quickly stop the ***** from continuing. And they would assist me to recoup my funds that have been taken and pay back the charges they have taken from me.

Will you ever bother to help me ABSA?
