Absa Supplying credit cards, without applications or approval.

I have received our new fuel last week Wednesday 4/3/20. In my pack I also received 2x "credit cards". Witch I did not apply for or approve. I have been trying to deal with *** & my business account manger Thobeka Ntsaluba (ZA) <***ca . Dealing with purchase card is shocking. asking for the same info every 2nd day. Thobeka is not responding to my emails and not responding to my phone calls as well. This sis extremely frustrating. You can not get anyone to get back to me. Cornelia
