Absa Sunninghill and internet banking

I went to Absa Sunninghill branch to have my internet banking details reset. I could not get any help, even after calling the Internet Banking numbers, nothing happened so I was forced to leave without any assistance by both the branch and the internet banking team.

This is appaling for a branch such as Absa. I'm greatly disappointed.
