Absa sucks!!!

Absa sucks!!!, closed an account and they blocked my internet banking profile, for the second time, now i have to ****en go to the branch and wait 10hours to open my banking profile cz i still have a credit card with them!!!!, they just offer ****ty service, why the **** will you block the internet banking while there is still an active account????
