ABSA SUCKS

I was retrenched and I sent through the relevant documents about the retrenchment. I had a loan with ABSA personal loans and Absa Credit life was responsible to pay off the outstanding loan in the event of retrenchment. I am being harassed by a ABSA collections department (Nimble) on a daily basis, that is following up on the Absa Loan that was handed over to them which was meant to be paid off by ABSA credit life. We have phoned the customer care department numerous times complaining about the issues we are experiencing. We have also resent the documents numerous times, I have still not been able to get employment.
