Absa sucks

On the 12 of November 2021 I emailed absa bank admin 11 and admin 13 documents they needed so that I can get my Natis papers(I'd,proof of payment,proof of vehicle disc)I have not heard from them since.I really need those papers when I try to call them Iam being sent from pillar to post.The car is fully payed up if my late dad was still alive I wouldn't even bother you guys because it seems as if you don't care about me after Ive settled that debt.Absa please respond my boys life depends on those Natis papers.I emailed two both emails because I was taken for a ride by people working at Absa.Somebody please come to my rescue.please
