ABSA sucks
ABSA sucks and is the worst in RSA, period. no adequate ATM's, you wait forever in the inquiries queue and their problems go on and on and on and on.

22 Jun 2018, 10:30please!! I stay in the Hammanskraal area, Tshwane's biggest township in terms of area and population harbouring on 4 provinces (Gauteng, Limpopo, Mpumalanga and the North West) but guess how many ABSA branches (one, Uno) in the Jubilee mall. in order to go and get service there if you need to do something as simple as reversing a transaction you need to take a day off. FNB has two branches (Jubilee mall and Hammanskraal, with ATM's all over) Standard bank has two branches with so many ATM's you cant even count, the less said about Capitec the better but not ABSA, one branch, one ATM in Temba City inside Shoprite, six at the Jubilee mall with one always chowing people's money or others always having no money (please check you records).
are you trying to chase us off to other banks? or don't believe in business replication. I work in Pretoria North and comparatively speaking (the Two ABSA's are just worlds apart).
we also cannot move from Hammmanskraal to either Kolonnade or Menlyn Mall to access services on Sunday.
Remember I stole some time from my employer to type this so I seriously hope it all was worth it.
