absa sucks

feedback on previous request,we can only reissue your policy as you would have had the benefits if policy was still active yes however I paid over R7000 for Two years which i never claimed in that time and policy was cancelled without any notification as absa advised they sms'd me to advised debit returned and they will double debit end of October 2014 but I never received any sms,letter or email which is totally unprofessional and ********* now I must suffer and yes iv moved to another insurer and also busy closing all accounts with absa,funeral cover is cancelled as well as life cover,savings account and target save busy closing cheque and credit card as I am a very disappointed and unhappy client to think all my things I had with Absa and spoke so highly about Absa now I'm spreading the disappointing news to everyone.I was advised to get a statement to show debit returned I checked online and that dates was not available and was advised to go into bank which i did and was advised they charge R32 per month which I'm not gone pay as absa suppose to send my statement every month which I'm not getting yet againI AS THE CLIENT ARE SUFFERING AND IS BEING INCONVENIENCED
