ABSA sucks!!!!

Ever since the 28th of April I struggled with ABSA to get my money reversed. I've been under debt review since October 2019, which my vehicle financing from ABSA forms part of. So now they tell me that the money shows it didn't go off from their side, but I am however sitting with my bank statement that I provided them with, which shows that the money was deducted by ABSA VF on the 26th of April 2021, while the debt review also deducted on the 23d. I am so tired of all this. I've been a mess ever since. I've been contacting ABSA almost every second day since and visited the bank, but to no avail. Definitely **************** and the poorest service ever. I want to know where my money went, since they state the opposite of my bank statement. Sies man skaam julle!
