Absa stuff wants bribe to provide me with paidup letter

I settled my Absa loan with Nicholas Ngwenya attorneys but till today Absa doesn't want to give me paidup letter as promised and they also failed to update my credit profile, stuff member from Nicholas ngwenya attorneys asked me if ill make a plan for her if she get me the paidup letter, she wants me to bribe her for a paidup letter, im so disappointed
