Absa Student Loan

My father (who is now unempoIyed) has an existing student loan with Absa Bank . I have been repaying this loan for the past 2 years without default (I was the beneficiary).

It is now time for the reviewing of my repayment options. I am disapointed in the lack of consideration and understand from Absa due to the ridiculous repayment option amounts that they offer. (The very least repayment option that they are offering me is DOUBLE of what I am currently paying).

I have advised that myself or my father cannot afford to repay accoridng to any of their repayment option amounts but they refuse to compromise and settle for anything I suggest. (especially for the fact that I am still willing to enter into an alternative repayment option).

Absa really needs to be considerate in their repayment options in relation to student loans.
