ABSA Student bureau ghosting

I have been paying my student loans for many years, never received a statement, have no idea what the status of my account it, cannot get anyone on the phone who knows how to help me, cant find the right number to call, spent hours and hours being transferred from one person to the next, dropped calls, no call backs. Im beyond frustrated. Years ago i was told i'd get an annual call for review and settlement figure but that never happened. Please please just have someone competent call me.
