Absa student benefits ********** and FAULTY

Good Day,

Your Student Rewards benefits program is a joke. For 2 full months in a row non of my 3 redeemable rewards per month have worked. I keep getting a message stating I've reached my threshold which I have not. I've emailed the student Benefits Team and no assistance via email. I'm a 4th year law student and always meet minimum requirements to receive student benefits yet December and January non of my benefits are working. Major issue on your website. It's unfair. It's like I'm being punished for being a loyal student. This goes against your own policies, terms and conditions.
