ABSA STUDENT ACCOUNT

I got charged a hefty amount on my ABSA student account ,which supposedly should not have any charges I opened that account mainly because I am a student and other banks charge a lot But the student account has charged me over R200 and as a student that is a lot of money Money that i need and could do a lot with I need that money back
