absa stops all my account for no reason

I have been a client of absa bank (1991) its time to chane banks!! I wnet to the atm to with draw money and i cant it keeps on givinge a \Fica"error. So i go into the bank and stand in the que and wait.when i get to the front i ask the lady why cant i with draw any money from my own acc? Her reply is absa blocked all your absa acc because they want your fica documents!!! I could not ever take 10 rand out of my own acc because absa desided that they would just lock my acc without giving or asking me for anything and this just before pay day!!!i had to get in my car (with my small baby) and drive all the way back home and drive back cause i needed to take out some of my own money!!<br> 1. Where is my sms or email?? That you need my fica documents???<br> 2. I went to collect my cc card at life style absa.. this was about 4 months ago. And i had to give all my fica doc in before i could get my cc.
