Absa stopping debit orders without consent of account holder

So Absa decides on their own with out my premission to stop my debit order on my personal laon I did not give instructions for them to stop it I did not go in to the bank and instructed them to do this Now this reflects on my Itc as n non payment because someone on their side stop my debit order When I phoned they told me it was stop on their side but could not provide any name to who it was
