ABSA stop taking what isn't owed to you in Ramaphosa's bad economy. EISH!

I'm honestly at a loss at how inefficient this big bank is. I mean, how does such a big bank fail to pull-off a simple debit order? I made an agreement with ABSA vehicle finance for my debit order to go off on the 1st of every month. They only managed to debit on the 1st in March, which was the first instalment. They have been failing since to debit on the agreed date & also to debit the agreed amount.

I approved a debi-check for R5464.80 yet without fail every month to date they debit on the 5th of the month & add add their discretion up to R5571.42. I don't care that the difference isn't massive but I want this big bank to debit on the agreed date and take the agreed amount. Not a cent more. This is my money not ours & they have no right to do as they please with my money. Don't they know that we are living in Cyril Ramaphosa's damaged economy??? I want a refund of every single cent extra that they took I don't care how small it is but I didn't agree to the amount they have decided to debit. I want my money back ABSA!!!!
