absa stop ****ming us please

i opened an account with Absa 2 years ago because I was told about their tight security when it comes to your money in your account. I had a problem when they started charging me 230 monthly for a monthly fee and 150 for an admin fee, I don't know what that is, so imagine in a month so much money. I went to the bank, the teller told me she had changed the account to savings cos the person who opened it had opened an Islamic account. Imagine. I tried to close it, they didn't want me to change it, and now, coz i stopped using it, they keep on calling me claiming I owe them R2000. They threatened me with lawyers, but R2000 for what, coz I stopped using your most expensive bank, and I never took any loan, stop ****ming us banks.
