ABSA stop charging ridiculous amounts and be loyal to your clients

I have ben banking with absa bank for 22 years and have been denied vehicle finance and recently virgin active went to do a debit order of R200 without them arranging with me and the debit bounced and also absa rewards for R22 bounced as a result and absa charged me R643.13 for the 2 debit orders that bounced. This is day light ******* by absa and shame on you. I will be closing my accounts with absa and rather move to capitect or African bank. That’s how you loose clients and more and more client will close accounts and move to other bank if you charge ridiculous amounts of monies, very disgusted with absa
