ABSA stole my money claiming its McRoberts Attorneys

We had a funeral of my mother and she had a funeral cover with Absa Life. Absa Life did an excellent job and did a payout in a day. The ammount of R 60000.00 was deposited in to acc no: *** and another ammout of R10000.00 was deposited into the same account from FNB with reference Baroka Funerals. The account was in areas of R27449.04 which was automatically deducted. In running the funeral we tried to make payments using card and they said the account was handed over. We went to ABSA 3 times without help. Absa was telling me that the money was taken by McRoberts Attorneys. Which is a lie. We can still see the money from the cellphone banking profile. This has caused us humiliation and stress. I was asked to open another account and the money to date was never deposited into the new account. It has been 2 weeks but i am so disgusted by the service we get at ABSA as black people. After making a follow up telephonically and being unsusccessful i want that money and would like to close all my Absa account whiuch i have been a client of ABSA and our Businesss for the past 10years. We will get a Bank that takes care of its clients. I want that money back.
