ABSA stole my money!

Don't want to give one star but can't comment otherwise! ABSA sucks! They have ****** my money! Someone hacked my internet banking in the early hours of the morning. ABSA phoned to see if I was on the internet. They immediately closed my account but not before R13777 had been transferred to two ABSA account beneficiaries that were **********ly added to my account. After 2 1/2 months of no response - after countless calls and promises to call back, I received a letter to say it was my fault! My password and pin were compromised (they are in my head and have never been written down)!!!!! So ABSA STOLE my money!!!!!!
