Absa stole my money.

I had a personal loan with Absa bank which was ending on the 28th of February 2018. End of January I couldn't pay the whole outstanding amount on time. So for January I had arrears of about R640. Then during February I paid up those arrears with their interest so the ending debit order at end of February was going to be R1225.93. So at around the 26th of February I got money in my cheque account and the previous R640 that didn't go through in Jan got debited on that same day. So I immediately settled the rest of the outstanding amount and didn't have money in the account. Until the 15th of March when I got money in the account and to my surprise the R1225.93 got debited from my account. On the 16th I went to the branch in Phalaborwa to reverse the transaction took by the Absa Loan. At the branch they just said I should call personal loan division so I called using the absa phones and laid down my cries but I didn't get helped. They gave me numbers of a lady they said will help and she told me to send and email to ABSD088 mention everything that happened. She said they will investigate and refund my R1225.93 within 24hours. Nothing has happened thus far. I want my money back. I finished paying their loan and they debited my account but the loan account was closed already. The service was bad at the branch. When I first called personal loan from home they told me to go the branch. I get to the branch and the young ladies at enquiry tell me to go use their phone in the branch and call personal loan. I told them I already did that from home and I was told to come to the branch. So please Absa, refund me my money and close that account and stop debiting my account. The loan account is ********** 726. Please resolve this ASAP because I need the money.
