Absa stole my money

Without contacting me or my permission you stole R3000 from my cheque acount. When I eventually got hold of someone, she told me that no payments has been made on my Absa credit card for more than a year. I had to email a years statement to prove that I have made the payments as agreed. Till today, no response from this useless bank called ABSA. This is 20 days later!!!!! TODAY, TOMORROW, ALWAYS USELESS !!!!
