Someone transferred áll the money form my Father account without his knowledge, and the matter was reported to the police with a case number and Affidavit was submitted to Groblersdal branch, they checked on the system and found out that it was transferred to a Capitec account , which they claim they alerted Capitec to freeze the money, since then there is no way forward, the ***** department keeps on promising to call my dad after 3 minutes and never gets back to him. meaning Absa know exactly what happened to the funds.
