Absa Stole from me , read this post and you decide !

My Goals vir 2021 or before this year ends leave Absa and move to a new Bank. My personal opinion is for everyone reading this, do not make the same mistake i did. Unless you want the following: High bank charges Poor customer service Insurance looking for reasons not to pay Unauthorized debit orders And stressing about your finances. I am tired of fighting with Absa i realised i have lost this fight , maybe prayer would be the best solution . By far you are the worse bank even Tyme bank service is far beter than yours. Recently the following events took place , Some one blocked my flexi reserve so I had no access to those funds. 2. I had to call to remove the block 3. I had to call again to access these funds 4. Instruction given on the 16th April to Absa Homeloans not to debit my account, as they can deduct this money from my flexi reserve. 5. Yesterday my cheque account gets debited more than what my monthly premium is, but my debit order i cancelled so who reinstated it? 6. Absa debits my flexi reserve with my monthly installment. 28th May 2021 7. Two deductions on the same day for the same account. So i called your contact centre (Homeloans) they advised the debit order was reinstated on the 12th , By who? Who authorized this ? So the little i had in my account you stole as this is an unauthorised deduction, as per telephonic conversation i cancelled the debit order. You guys dont deserve one star , you deserve zero stars .
