Absa stole from me

I tried to withdraw money at one of absa atm, the transaction was not successful. The atm did not give me the money but it was taken from my account. The receipt said the transaction was unsuccessful and the money will be returned to my account automatically. I hve been in the branch since this morning until now in the afternoon there is no joy. No one knows how to assist me. I'm deciding to close all my accounts with absa, clearly they are the ****s, the stole from me.
