ABSA Stockbrokers - useless!

My wife sent an e-mail to ABSA Stockbrokers (***) and to date there has been no acknowledgement or response to her e-mail. This is now become common practice with this channel hence will no longer be e-mailing them but instead the head of the department Marcia Nair.

What a useless department! Is that what Africanacity is about?
