Absa Stockbrokers uncontactable

Absa Stockbrokers are not answering their phones and they do not respond to e-mail enquiries. They have moved to a new platform and I cannot gain access to my own account for trading because they do not send me the OTP which they state has been sent. I am completely at a loss about what to do!
