To the idiot who decided that everyone had to port to a new site with new login details and did not bother to bring in more people to facilitate this process.

Thank you very much for the forecasted denial of service.

I have tried to speak to someone, anyone all day - to no avail.

Once again ABSA has shown why it is losing market share to all other banks.
