ABSA Stockbrokers - Poor communication

Absa Stockbrokers require (for some reason) a FICA update. I've sent through all the documents. They then added a requirement for a certified copy of my lease agreement. I am not willing to waste time and money on this - looking for an alternative. Been waiting for 12 days for Nazeema to propose an alternative - NO response. I get that the customer is not important to ABSA, but a response would be nice at some point.
