ABSA STOCKBROKERS PATHETIC!!

i have an account with equities- absa stockbrokers. in January 2020 i updated my email address with absa stockbrokers. Despite having contacted them numerous times, i still do not receive my monthly portfoliuo statement nor do i receive the weekly correspondence i have received in the past prior to me updating my details with them. In July 2020 i contacted them again as i desperately needed my tax certificates. in order to fulfill my sars requirements. they sent me the documents requested and to date i am still not getting the weekly correspondence and have not received my portfolio statement for the month of July 2020. i find this service pathetic.
