ABSA Stockbrokers non existent service
Moved to a new trading platform (When there was nothing wrong with the old one !). Can't access statements, account transactions as well as other functionality that is now just gone. Emailing or phoning helps nothing. 15 minutes wait by phone and still no answer. Don't bother emailing - No reply whatsoever. Service excellence at its absolutely worst.
