ABSA Stockbrokers new website is broken . . .

ABSA Stockbrokers updated their website yesterday and I cannot access my account as it doesn't recognise my username or any credentials. After holding for an hour yesterday, and again today, there are clearly issues "We are currently experiencing high volumes of calls" is the repeated mantra. I have sent them an email without a response. This is absolutely unacceptable to roll out a new website without having sufficient support to deal with issues that prevent users from accessing their account and costing them time and money because they cannot trade.
