Absa Stockbrokers has failed me for over a month

Absa Stockbrokers | Absolutely horrible technical capabilities and customer service. I haven't had access to my account for over a month. Everything worked perfectly for ~6 months, but after asking them to upgrade my ETF-only account to a SMART account, everything went downhill. I now have zero visibility into what my portfolio's performance is
