ABSA Stockbrokers Fails and delays finalization of deceased estate

Worst ever service from a bank! My mom passed away early 2021. She has shares and traded through ABSA securities who managed her portfolio. I am the executor of my moms estate and have an attorney assisting me. In August 2021 ABSA securities was approached: 1. for a valuation of the shares as at my mothers death and 2. dispose of the shares and deposit the funds into the estate late account

We still have not received a valuation although requested numerous times.

We have been receiving request for outstanding info since a complete pack of info was supp**** as requested by ABSA in October 2021. In January 2022 the attorney called ABSA Securities and questioned all the additional requests for info already provided just to be told that these are in error, ABSA is in possession of all the relevant info to finalize the task of changing my moms portfolio to an estate late portfolio and to dispose of the assets. However, we are still receiving the very same requests from ABSA. And these requests are done by replying to the very mails from the attorney on which the info was supp**** to ABSA.

And since out first enquiry in August of 2021, we have still not received the valuation thus stalling the finalization of my mom's estate.

This is absolutely shocking and have one question the abilities of the staff involved.
