Absa Stockbrokers Division Poor Service Delivery

Absa Stockbrokers Division, is providing terrible service, there new platform is broken and they cant even issue the correct values on my IT3B document so it can be submitted to Sars, have been struggling for the last two week to try and get them to at least give an ETA or feedback, NADA, really poor service from them, not to mention no response from their complaints department either.
