Absa stockbrokers apathetic admin

I've been a client of Absa stockbrokers since 2010 and initially they were on the ball but the last few years have been a disaster!I never received my tax certificates this year nor any of my monthly statements during the last 2 years!I've had to make numerous phone calls to get them,with my last call being about 3 weeks ago where I had to call back a 2nd time to get my statements!Its pathetic because this is just the bare minimum "house keeping" admin that you would expect from a stockbroker!
