ABSA Stock brokers

Since ABSA has migrated onto a new "stockmarket" portfolio website I cannot transfer money in and out of my account! I have money sitting in my stock market account which I would like to transfer out to a normal bank account, but yet you cannot do it! I have tried calling and calling for 2 weeks now, I have left countless emails and still NOTHING, I even went into your branch and still no one knows what to do!!! I cannot be the only person in SA who cannot transfer money from their stock market account!
