ABSA still send me letters by post !

I went to great lengths to try and get ABSA to not send me any letters by post or snail mail, since our lovely postal service is no good, and one never knows when,or if, a letter will be delivered.<br> <br> I get all statements by email, but ABSA still miss some communication, and send it by post.<br> <br> A good example, yesterday, 23 Nov 2015, I receive a letter by mail.It is an ABSA IT3(c) Capital Gains Certificate, for tax purposes. The letter is dated 15 Sept 2015. Now I receive the letter after the tax return deadlines, and I can't work this into my tax return.<br> <br> I am very unhappy about this.<br> <br> What will it take for ABSA to get to a point to never send anything by post again ?<br> <br> I feel it is futile sending queries to their query boxes, you get an automated reply back, then wait weeks to get disinterested one liners emails back, and usually nothing happens. It seems as it is to much work for them to read these mails and go to the effort to first understand the problem, and secondly, care enough to actually solve the problem.<br> <br> ABSA is it possible for you to solve this. lets see ? Amaze me and solve this problem. My bet is you can't.<br> <br> <br> <br>
