Absa still refuse to payback the 1000 stollen from my credit card.

Good evening Mr. Mamadi and the Credit Card Team,

This message is in response to your recent call informing me that the investigation concerning the R1000—"which I claim not to have received," as it was referred to—has concluded with confirmation that the funds were successfully withdrawn on 21 May at 15:38 from a Capitec ATM.

I would like to respectfully reiterate the following points:

I have consistently maintained, in all my communications with you and your team, that the responsibility for this issue lies with Absa due to possible technical error. I have repeatedly requested that you carefully consider my specific concerns, outlined below:

1. **Why did I receive a message from Absa stating that I had exceeded my daily withdrawal limit immediately after entering the R1000 amount?**

Upon reading that message, I assumed the transaction had failed and left the ATM without any suspicion. If this message was displayed in error and the cash was dispensed afterward, it occurred after I had already left.

Unfortunately, despite sharing my version of events with several individuals at the bank, no one requested the SMS evidence I offered to provide. This lack of interest led me to feel that my account of the incident was not properly considered.

**Summary of the incident:**

- At 15:37, I attempted to withdraw R5000 and received the first message which says dailylimitexceeded (see attached screenshot). - I then successfully withdrew R3000. - Lastly, I tried to withdraw R1000 and received the “daily limit exceeded” message at 15:38 (see second screenshot). - Based on that message, I left the ATM immediately. However, when checking my app later, I discovered the R1000 had been debited from my account.

I have attached both screenshots for reference. I kindly urge you to review this matter again, with full consideration of the sequence of events and supporting evidence.
