ABSA Still not providing a solution. Pathetic!!!!!!

Hi ABSA. The list of transactions I am unable to do on your App is growing. 1) Can`t redeem ABSA rewards. 2) Can`t open ABSA Vehicle finance statements. PDF 3) Can`t open ABSA Savings account statements. PDF 4) Can`t purchase air time at vodacom / same fault occurs as ABSA Rewards. Vanessa Crowe please phone me asap. I cannot beleive this sorry state of service levels. Ignoring the problem will not make it go away!!!
