ABSA STILL LOOKING FOR LOOPHOLES

Good day,

I appreciate the quick response I received Yesterday from the claims department consultant.

Regarding my claim not paid out, Titzegogo (excuse spelling im wrong) called me yesterday, trying to understand on wich grounds the claims was not paid out, that after they receiced the letter of confirmation on what grounds I claimed, from H.J.D DU PLESSIS.

Due to the fact that I am DIAGNOSED with Dementia AND Brain Atrophy, they still tried to classify this illnesses under DEPRESSION, where the doctor stated on the letter they received, and I quote .2 on the letter: "Altgough our patient has a long history (since 2010/12/08) of depression and all the usual symptoms of depression, the diagnosis of Demetia and Brain Atrophy was ONLY MADE 2017/11/20 by the private NEUROLOGIST DR Auths."

.5 " The studies done surrounding the relationship between depression and dementia were inconclusive"

The cunsultant kept on asking me, WHAT caused the diagnosis, and that was traumatising, as Not even myself know what the exact causes of this was. She kept on saying that this will still be classified under depression while a doctor very clearly stated to them above quoted in the letter (.5)

It was not very sensitive of them to keep on asking me about this, they are just worsening my illness.

I quote hereby, the general causes of the following diagnosis. Anyone can google this.

1 . DEMETIA

Dementias can be caused by brain cell death, and neurodegenerative disease - progressive brain cell death that happens over time - is associated with most dementias.

However it is not known if the dementia causes the brain cell death, or the brain cell death causes the dementia.

But, as well as progressive brain cell death, like that seen in Alzheimer's disease, dementia can be caused by a head injury, a stroke, or a brain tumor, among other causes.

2. Brain Atrophy

What are the causes of brain atrophy?

Injuries, diseases, and infections can damage brain cells and cause atrophy.

I told the consultant that they must phone the Neurologist, Dr Auths, if they want answers.

If they phone me once more in connection with this case, and traumatise me any further by asking me questions any logical person will understand, I will proceed with a victimisation case through my labour lawyer.

Due to the fact that they have all the correct information SINCE 18 FEBRUARY 2018, and still they are looking for a loophole not to pay out, I need this solved asap!

Regards
