ABSA step up
ABSA - Everytime I have to apply for finance it ends up with a dispute with the interest rate. I am no longer willing to negotiate with you either you step up or I move its honestly as easy as that. The current prime interest rate is 9% why would you even consider offering me anything more than this. Please get someone to phone and explain this to me. With a credit score way above average and with my accounts with you for more than 20 years you need to step up. You never have a team leader or someone superior on your floors and no one is willing to step up and assist. This is the last straw......

Received a mail now just to tell me that I will be assisted before 03/08/2022. Are you serious??? I app**** on 21/07/2022, does it take you two weeks to approve and pay out a loan because then you are way behind in comparison to other financial companies. And yes I did ask for a better interest rate but its because I am tired of getting ********** by you. You have clients paying less than prime rate but you dont even want to offer me prime, that is bull!!! You are wasting time now. If there are any other Banks reading this and you are willing to assist then I will gladly move all my accounts over to you.

In her absense annother consultant assisted and offered the same deal as yesterday so in short Im sure the lying consultant would have told me Monday that she refered it and they refused to offer a better deal. What a joke ABSA
