ABSA steeling from a diseased person

We went to a ABSA branch last year just after my mother passed away (this was in July 2021). The lady said that she will put a hold on the account so it wont be active anymore. No money in and to money out. Also no bank cost because its a diseased account and not active. So I discovered that ABSA is still deducting account fees from my mother's account. This is disgusting and unacceptable how ABSA is steeling from a diseased person just to get their share of money.

Good Day,

I'm not sure if you received my email?
Why are you (Decease Estates department) waiting for feedback from the master's office? What do they need?
What is going to happen to the R80 bank fees that ABSA took for more than a year on a deceased account?
