Absa *****s my money again

Again absa *****s money , i was receiving a lesser salary due to covid, i did everything from my side, made an arrangement for payment.

Yet absa just decides to debit R3000 off my account in any case, and when you phone to query you get the most unhelpfull agents.

Absa you have no right to simply debit my account, and its not the first time it has happened. Whats the point of communicating with my bank if this is how you behave.
