ABSA *****s my money

I transferred a large sum of money from my ABSA savings to my ABSA credit card money goes off the savings but never arrives in the credit card account thought I’d give it sometime even though it was said it will show immediately but still no money in the account so where did all that money go ABSA ???? I want answers !!!! If that money does not show in that acc asap I am opening a case of theft against ABSA
