ABSA *****S MONEY FROM TRUSAVE ACCOUNT

I opened up a trusave account with absa as I needed an account that cannot be touched without my knowledge and consent. Free from debit orders and payments. Today I received an SMS that ABSA themselves have debited the trusave account to pay for my outstanding amount oweing on my credit card. I am currently under debt review and have been notified that all agreements were in place (absa by law cannot take money from me). What gives absa the right to take money from my savings accounts that I, myself cannot even transact on? This is like *****ing. The account that absa was allowed to deduct from was my cheque account. I was informed by absa upon opening my trusave account that NO debit orders will be able to come off it. I am appalled with this as I am struggling financially hence me going forward with debt review only for absa to turn around and help themselves to money in other accounts. I wont leave it here. I will take it further. I will also see what steps my debt counselor can recommend.
