ABSA - *****ING PEOPLES MONEY !!!!!!!

Absa life insurance is a **** and Absa as usual *****s people's money from their account , unauthorized and then when you don't have funds in the account for the amount they stole .. they then charge you an insufficient funds charges normally amount too R 400 / R 500 and even up to R1000 sometimes .... on top of what they stole...

I cancelled a funeral policy 4 weeks ago for personal reasons but they still proceeded to debit my account this month on the 1st , the consultant them tells me there is no record of my phone call that I cancelled the policy then she advised that their systems are down and she cannot see who the consultant is and cannot retrieve the call recording , plus I must call back later on when they systems are online. Furthermore when I asked the consultant now to proceed and cancel the policy again she tells me she cannot cancel it until she can listen and find the previous recordings because if she cancels it , I will not get my money back ... This makes no sense at all ......

I am so glad I left this bank , they take every cent you have in your bank account and they have a bank charge for everything even if you **** !!! .... and they ***** YOUR MONEY !!!!!
